The stage is set for the 2025 editions of the G1 Sportsbet Topgun & Topgun Stayers with greyhounds from all around the country selected to do battle on Saturday November 8.
As is always expected, the Sportsbet Topgun (525m) brings together one of the most exciting fields of the year with recent Million Dollar Chase champion Power And Glory inarguably the headline act alongside some of the most in-form greyhounds in the country.
The staying feature sets up as a quasi-Nationals with representatives from Victoria (x3), New South Wales (x3), Queensland (x1) & Western Australia (x1) all represented in the final field with South Australia and Victorian representatives amongst the reserves.
Reigning Australian Stayer of the Year, Ethanol Water, headlines the G1 Sportsbet Topgun Stayers alongside recent G2 Sydney Cup winner Without A Trace & the current and former Q2 710m track record holders – Firethorn & Red Dirt Road.
